Sales Event for the St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles Beach Offers First Look into the Towers and a Sculpture by Lorenzo Quinn

On December 8th, the St. Regis Residences in Miami offered a first look into their buildings in a sales gallery event. In addition to showing off more of the building and living spaces, Lorenzo Quinn was commissioned specially for a sculpture for future residents to enjoy called "Our Nucleus."

Lorenzo Quinn is known for large-scale sculptures, especially of human hands, and has been exhibited in locations such as Venice and the Giza Pyramids. The commissioned piece, "Our Nucleus" is 19 feet tall and is made from stainless steel. It is currently sitting at the entrance to the sales gallery but will be installed eventually within The Residences.

Located in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, the St. Regis Residences will be two separate towers. They take up 435 feet of the beach, allowing for wonderful views and quick access to the water. It is in a coveted location, with the Atlantic Ocean on the East and the Intracoastal Waterway on the West of the buildings. Near to the residences are Miami Beach, Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura Mall, and the Miami Design District so residents will get a mix of a peaceful resort lifestyle and a vibrant culture and city life nearby.

These residences are managed by the St. Regis Hotels and Resorts and were developed by Fortune International Group and the Chateau Group while the designs and architecture were done by Arquitectonica and Patricia Anastassiadis. The landscape was done by designer EDSA. All of these groups and people came together to create an elevated lifestyle in a highly desired location.

The CEOs of both developmental groups are excited by the way the towers are turning out so far. The President and CEO of the Fortune International Group, Edgardo Defortuna said, "We are thrilled with the sales success we have seen to date, as the location, design, amenities, and lifestyle have resonated immensely with our buyers." The CEO of the Chateau Group, Manuel Grosskopf, also had something to say. "With infinite 360-degree views, this extraordinary oceanfront site is stunning from entrance to pinnacle. With a dramatic two-story lobby entrance to extensive amenities including a jaw-dropping infinity pool, the magic of the St. Regis brand is evident throughout the property. The sales gallery was designed to perfectly capture the views and atmosphere of the future residences.”

The South Tower will be completed first and holds 175 residences. There is a mix of luxury residences, Sky Villas, and Penthouses, which all have a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean, city, and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Access is granted via private elevators and there are plenty of amenities offered as well such as private terraces, pools, and more which are accessible 24/7. There are many different living options, including options between two and five bedrooms ranging from 2,000 to 5,600 square feet. The Penthouses and Sky Villas can take up entire floors and will be between 6,600 and 10,000 feet.
